Our journey began over half a century ago when the founder director, late Charalambos Toumazis, embarked on a path of excellence, leaving a lasting legacy that continues to thrive through today's generation of management.
1956
The founder Charalambos Toumazis moved to Cyprus after his studies and joined as a stakeholder in a number of dominant companies in the broad industry of tourism and construction at his birthplace Famagusta, Cyprus.
1974
Moved to Limassol and founded new companies with his brothers with great success.
1987
Founded C&A Toumazis with his eldest son, Antonios (Nakis) Toumazis
1992
Two other sons, Kyriakos and Alexis Toumazis, joined the company
1993
Started the Joint Venture with Dion Toumazis which over the next three decades successfully delivered numerous residential and commercial development project
1996
Large office building renovation project in Moscow, Russia
1997
Started operations in Greece, mainly Athens, for especially residential developing projects
2001
Awarded large value Multi trade 4 year contract for RAF Akrotiri, Episkopi and Troodos, as member of PCG JV for the Ministry of Defence of the UK
2003
Awarded large 6 year framework contract project in Gibraltar, as a member of a joint venture, for the Ministry of Defence of the U.K.
2013
C&A Toumazis was managing the construction operations of ATLAS CAT (50% subsidiary), in Doha, Qatar with a number of successful projects.
2019
Commenced development of the award-winning, design & built, iconic business tower, The Asteroid, in Nicosia, Cyprus
2022
Awarded the construction of The MSC Shipping Headquarter Offices in Cyprus
